About the Job

Au sein d'une équipe composée de 12 techniciens, votre quotidien sera rythmé par la production d’analyses alimentaires comme les analyses d’humidité, des cendres, de protéines ou encore de matière grasse. Vous mènerez des analyses de routine sur des produits alimentaires du quotidien, de la fourche à la fourchette.

Vos principales missions au sein du laboratoire seront :

Réaliser les analyses selon les protocoles routine ou procédures R&D
Participer à l’analyse et à la validation des résultats
Assurer le maintien de la qualité au laboratoire
Participer aux tâches générales du laboratoire (flash quotidiens, gestion des consommables...)
Participer à la polyvalence inter modules
