About the Job

Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable de Laboratoire « Wet Chemistry », vous aurez pour missions :

Réaliser les analyses pour le transfert ou validation de méthode de matières premières et produits finis conformément aux méthodes d’analyses (Pharmacopées ou méthodes clients) : granulométrie (diffraction laser, tamis …), mesures physiques, essais limites colorimétrique, dosage UV, dosage potentiométrique…
Effectuer les maintenances niveau I des équipements du laboratoire conformément aux procédures interne en vigueur,
S’assurer du maintien en l’état de la zone (locaux + équipements) dont vous serez responsable
Assurer la vérification et correction des dossiers analytiques,
Garantir la documentation et la gestion des résultats analytiques selon les procédures internes en vigueur et les exigences des BPF applicables
Suivre et coordonner les activités analytiques de projets (développement, validation et transfert de méthode analytique) au sein du service,
Assurer la communication client sur les aspects techniques et délais des projets
Participer aux investigations qualité (PACF, OOS) en rapport avec les problèmes analytiques rencontrés via le LIMS (système de gestion de l'information du laboratoire),
Contribuer aux actions Qualité (CAPA) du laboratoire sur la base des référentiels Qualité auxquels répond EPQC
Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions visant à améliorer l’efficacité du laboratoire, en accord avec son responsable hiérarchique
Apporter un support technique aux techniciens du laboratoire
Assurer un reporting régulier à sa hiérarchie
