We are currently looking for the Lead Renewable Energy Operator who would oversee the Shift day-to-day activities of the ROC team, ensuring efficient monitoring, fault resolution, and compliance with operational standards. This role bridges the gap between team members and management, providing guidance and maintaining operational excellence. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: 

• Team leading: supervise and guide the operations team during daily activities, emergencies, and shift transitions 
• Overseeing real-time operations: manage the live monitoring and remote control of wind and solar assets to ensure reliable, efficient, and timely system performance 
• Managing incidents: lead emergency response coordination and post-incident reviews to enhance operational resilience 
• Complying & Reporting: ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate logs, and report operational events to management 
• Training & Developing: drive onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of operations personnel 
• Improving processes: lead continuous improvement initiatives and support integration of new technologies and projects.
