About the Job
- Als Praktikant:in im Venture Development Team von Enpal.pro bist du ein essenzieller Teil des operativen Geschäfts und unterstützt bei der Skalierung unseres neuen B2B-Ventures.
- Ab Tag 1 wirst du innerhalb des Teams in verschiedene Projekte eingebunden und kannst bei der Umsetzung von Lösungsvorschlägen aktiv Ownership übernehmen.
- Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und Leadership-Ebenen zusammen und setzt hierbei analytische, aber auch kreative Methoden ein.
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeptionierung, Planung und Implementierung von abteilungsübergreifenden Programmen und Maßnahmen.
- Zudem begleitest du aktiv den kontinuierlichen Ausbau neuer Geschäftsfelder und hast die Möglichkeit, dich in einem bestimmten Bereich zu spezialisieren und eigenständig Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
