About the Job
- Erfahrener Teil des Teams werden: Werde als Praktikant ein wertvoller Teil unseres Tech - Venture Development Teams und sammle praktische Erfahrungen.
- Mitwirkung an bedeutenden Projekten: Arbeite Seite an Seite mit dem Senior Leadership und dem Tech Lead an spannenden Projekten und gewinne Einblicke in die technologische Entwicklung des Unternehmens.
- Projektmanagement kennenlernen: Treibe eigenständig Projekte voran, insbesondere in den Bereichen Automatisierungen, Tech Integration und CRM-Management.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten entwickeln: Nutze die Gelegenheit, Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten zu schärfen und gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln.
- Praktische Umsetzung erleben: Begleite Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung und sammle wertvolle Praxiserfahrung.
- Verantwortungsbereiche kennenlernen: Erhalte Einblicke in die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Planung und Umsetzung von abteilungsübergreifenden Programmen und Maßnahmen im Bereich der technologischen Entwicklung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit erleben: Arbeite eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und dem Senior Leadership zusammen und erlebe die aktive Mitgestaltung an der Wachstumsgeschichte von Enpal.
