Product Development Engineer

GEA Heating & Refrigeration Technologies division specializes in industrial cooling, heating, and sustainable technical solutions for the food, beverage, dairy, and oil & gas industries. For our Heating and Refrigeration Excellence team in 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer.

Responsibilities / Tasks

As Product Development Engineer you design, execute and lead development projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development:

  • Design, execute and lead development projects.

  • Manage R&D project teams and communicate with stakeholders, oversee project planning, financials, and reporting.

  • Handle prototype, including engineering, costing, project management, testing and transfer to new standards.

• Standardization:

  • Define and implement standardized engineering processes and tools.

  • Create and maintain engineering standards, tools and documentation.

• Support:

  • Troubleshoot customer installation issues.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Familiarity with industrial refrigeration/heating processes, basic knowledge of AutoCAD software, and Microsoft Office.

• Independent thinking, project management skills, teamwork.

• English language is mandatory, additional Dutch is optional.
