Your Role

As our Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, you will own the full spectrum of operations—from production and logistics to quality control and strategic procurement. You will partner with executive leadership to drive business transformation and oversee:

🔹 Manufacturing Excellence – Lead Plant Managers, optimize processes, and foster continuous improvement across multiple sites
🔹 Supply Chain Strategy – Develop a robust, agile organization to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
🔹 Budget & Financial Performance – Own annual budgeting, cost optimization, and procurement strategies
🔹 Safety & Compliance – Champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all operations
🔹 Talent Development & Leadership – Build high-performing teams, ensure succession planning, and cultivate top talent

What You Bring

✔ 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and integrated supply chain management
✔ Proven expertise in extrusion, injection molding, fabrication processes, and rubber mechanics
✔ Mastery of S&OP, negotiations, supply-demand planning, and strategic sourcing
✔ Strong ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence key stakeholders
✔ Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic execution skills
✔ Visionary mindset with the ability to innovate and deliver measurable results
