Main purpose of positionCurrently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. In this role you will lead the full recruitment cycle for all Scatec project in Tunisia - connecting great people to great opportunities. More than just hiring, you will coach and support managers as trusted talent partner, helping to shape the future of Scatec in Tunisia. Main responsibilities
- Lead end-to -end recruitment process: ensure job advertising, screening, interviewing, and personality assessment in line with our recruitment procedures and policies;
- Act as a Strategic partner to hiring managers: advice, coach, and support them in making the best hiring decisions
- Drive candidates engagement through creative sourcing strategies and an exceptional recruitment experience
- Ensure negotiation and contracts with relevant recruitment agencies when relevant
- Ensure data quality in various recruitment systems; ensure compliance and alignment with global HR recruitment policies and processes, suggest improvements;
- Provide analysis, reports, and structure recruitment data to be presented to senior management
- Provide guidelines to hiring managers on compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with global reward policies and local market benchmarks throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications and competencies
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment in international companies/ recruitment agencies
- Fluent English
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Expert understanding of ATS systems, recruitment portals and recruitments tests
- Solid experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
- Sound knowledge of MSOffice
Additional information: 12 months contracts with possible extension.
