Responsibilities / Tasks
- Erstellung und Pflege von Datenbanken zur Überwachung von QHSE-Kennzahlen
- Kontinuierliche Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden QHSE Berichts- und Analysemethodik
- Interpretation und Nutzung der Analyseergebnisse in Abstimmung mit internen Beteiligten
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung datengestützter Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen
- Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Durchführung interner Schulungen für beteiligte Mitarbeitende
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik (DQR6) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Data Engineering Technologien, insbesondere SQL und Cloud-Plattformen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und umfassende IT-Kenntnisse, einschließlich Big Data, MS Office, MS-Power-Plattform, SAP, MES, xECM, SharePoint
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz und anderen Digitalisierungs- werkzeugen
- Praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
