About the Job
The Benefits Manager, reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, will be responsible for overseeing Lucid’s US benefits programs. In addition, the Benefits Manager will partner with the broader HR team to educate and administer Lucid’s US benefit programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with the execution and completion of critical deliverables, has strong attention to detail, and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization.
You Will:
· Develop and administer the employee benefits package, including health, life, disability, time off programs (i.e. vacation, sick, and leave of absence)
· Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including billing, open enrollment, new hire enrollment, qualified life events, and changes
· Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs
· Design and execute employee communications relating to benefits
· Monitor employee eligibility for benefits in accordance with company guidelines
· Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot benefit issues, and resolve conflicts
· Report benefits-related data and trends to senior leadership
· Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits
You Bring:
· Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience required
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management
· Highly knowledgeable with all aspects of employee benefits programs
· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Benefits analytics and/or benchmarking experience
· Excellent communication and relationship skills interacting with internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results.
· Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership.
· Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
· Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
We Value:
· Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification or progress towards certification
· Prior Experience with a technology company
· Experience working for a Global company
