Position Specific Description

1. Contract Negotiation and Management:

Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts with benefit providers, insurers, brokers, and vendors.

2. Contract Administration:

Manage the life cycle of benefit contracts, from initiation to renewal or termination.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for benefit contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, including HR-benefits, finance, and legal teams.
Work closely with benefits operations, align benefit strategies with organizational goals.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

Analyze benefit contract data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings.
