As a Working Student in Graphic & Design (f/m/d), you’ll bring our brand message to life visually. You independently create engaging presentations, graphics, and digital assets for social media, our website, or newsletters, and support the continuous development of our corporate design – from concept to execution. You also prove that print is still alive by designing high-quality materials like brochures or merchandise and overseeing their production. With your creative input, you help shape campaigns visually, implement them with a strong design language, and ensure a consistent visual identity. You’ll collaborate closely with external partners like agencies and printers to make sure every detail is on point. Your contribution makes our brand visually strong and distinctive. What you can expect:

• Visual storytelling: You create compelling presentations, graphics, and visuals that clearly convey our brand message across communications, sales, events, and corporate messaging.
• Design with recognition value: You contribute to the development and consistent application of our corporate design – from the initial idea to the final product.
• Digital design in daily business: You conceptualize and design creative assets for our digital channels – e.g. for social media, our website, or newsletters. 
• Print isn’t dead (yet): You design high-quality print materials like brochures, roll-ups, or merchandise, and support the process from draft to finished product.
• Creatively shaping campaigns: You contribute your ideas to the visual development of campaigns and content formats, and bring them to life through strong design.
• Teamplay with pros: You work hand in hand with agencies and print partners – making sure everything runs smoothly.

• A creative field of study: You’re enrolled in a degree program such as graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable field – and are ready to put your knowledge into practice.
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills: You’re confident using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and can bring your ideas to life professionally.
• Design sensitivity: You have a great eye for layout, typography, and visual language – and know how to combine them effectively in your designs.
• Structured and quality-focused: You work independently, stay organized, and implement projects with high attention to detail and quality.
• Some experience with digital tools: Ideally, you’ve already worked with design tools like Canva, Figma, or have basic knowledge in web design.
• Interest in innovation: A passion for tech, sustainability, and real estate is a plus and rounds off your profile.
