About the Job
Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for effectively planning, reporting, and communicating our corporate financial results and plans. The manager provides leadership over the finance team and effectively manages direct reports. This position is responsible for the completion of the company's financial budget and financial forecasts. The individual has the ability to draw conclusions and provide insight from complex financial data sets. The manager participates in driving the execution of the corporate financial strategy.
What You'll Do
Manages the annual budget planning process providing assistance to operating groups as needed to ensure the timely development of an accurate budget that supports corporate goals and strategies
Manages and leads direct reports in the area of finance
Participates in driving solutions to key analytical, strategic, and business challenges
Drives process improvements related to forecasting, reporting, modeling, and analysis
Works with operations to forecast, report, and analyze financial performance
Responsible for reports to internal stakeholders, including headcount, compensation, and assigned cost-center reports
Delivers key analysis of financial and operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Prepares executive-level financial presentations utilized by senior management
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
5+ Years of experience in finance, business analytics, or planning
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
Time management
Ability to multitask with multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to interact effectively with co-workers across all levels and areas of the company
Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
Excellent analytical, technical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Effectively lead and develop direct reports
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
25% Travel for customer and internal meetings
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
