Responsibilities:

• You take responsibility for all HR-related topics throughout the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – at our Bramsche site.

• You are the first point of contact for our specialists and managers, providing expert advice on all operational and strategic HR matters.

• You manage the entire recruitment process: from the initial briefing and applicant management to contract signing – ensuring that top talent joins our team.

• You further develop our HR processes – with a particular focus on health promotion and occupational reintegration management (BEM).

• You work in a spirit of trust with the works council, fostering a constructive working atmosphere together.

• You contribute to HR projects and take responsibility for the development and harmonization of our HR processes.

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR (e.g. business administration or labor law).

• You have several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager – ideally in a manufacturing company.

• You work with foresight, diligence, and a solution-oriented mindset – and maintain an overview even when handling administrative tasks.

• You communicate effectively at all levels, bring together different perspectives, and guide change with sensitivity, clarity, and vision.

• You have sound knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law; experience with modern HR tools such as SAP R3 or Workday is a plus, but not a must.

• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (C1 level).
