The Opportunity: 

Join our Controlling Practice & Operations (CP&O) team as Front Office Manager for BENELUX, reporting to the Cluster Lead for Europe-I, and make a significant impact with your financial planning and controlling expertise.

Mission Statement: Deliver top-notch financial planning and controlling services by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and issues, communicating insights, and recommending actions to enhance financial performance.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Overseeing and managing all corporate functions related accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient financial operations in BENELUX.
• Review of all financial statements prepared by Finance Common Shared Services and monthly reporting towards local management on key KPI.
• Track and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending monthly.
• Partner with global & local controllers to analyze financial performance and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the Country Finance Director (CFD) and other senior local managers in Finance on strategic initiatives.
• Act as finance business partner to local function managers and assist in all Finance related aspects.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, regionally and/or globally.

Your Background:

• >5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capabilities.

• Proactive with a strong commitment to quality and adherence to strict deadlines.

• The ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders, including management and auditors.

• Knowledge of IFRS and the latest accounting standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Good understanding of SAP FICO.

• Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
