About the role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Project Delivery Team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving with a good attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment.
You’ll also collaborate with our QHSE, Site Managers, Project Managers and Resourcing team to handle a range of proactive administrative tasks. These may include coordinating training, managing assets, and supporting communication between stakeholders to ensure all necessary admin is in place before work begins on site.

- Salary: £25,125-£27,500 depending on experience.
- Location: Quainton, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (1-2 days a week, the rest working from home)
Main responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the ordering, controlling and distributing supplies, including PPE and welfare kits for projects and site personnel.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Check weekly timesheet input for the Site Team.
- Ensure all daily project documents, forms, and relevant information are collected, reviewed, and promptly uploaded to the appropriate SharePoint folders or portals.
- Maintain effective H&S document control on sites and at Oak Tree Farm.
- Follow the relevant document control procedure for all documents produced or amended.
- Booking travel and accommodation as per the travel booking form and approval process.
- You’ll manage the full cycle of training administration—coordinating and booking courses, maintaining records and certificates,
- Work with the QHSE to manage Health and Safety and subcontractor compliance.
- Maintain SiteDocs platform and support Site Team as mobile platform champion.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all fleet and equipment logs, ensuring daily completed forms are accurately recorded, properly filed onto SharePoint, and reviewed for any raised issues or concerns.
- Assist teams with reporting.
- Assist with cover for Support colleagues during periods of absence such as sickness or annual leave.
About you:
As a key member of our Support Team, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively. You will also serve as a point of contact for all members of staff, while showing impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency within your work to help minimise any errors.

- · Due to the location, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
