In dieser Rolle baust du mit uns eine moderne, verlässliche und skalierbare Accounting-Landschaft auf. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Prozesse mitzugestalten und wirst zu einer zentralen Stimme in bilanziellen Fragestellungen innerhalb des Unternehmens.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Leitung von Sonderprojekten, z. B. zur Einführung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards, Integration neuer Gesellschaften oder bilanziellen Abbildung neuer Geschäftsmodelle
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Grundsatzfragen im Rechnungswesen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Bilanzierungsrichtlinien, Handbüchern und internen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Bilanzierungssachverhalte nach HGB und IFRS
- Monitoring und Analyse von Änderungen in nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, interne Teams und Tochtergesellschaften bei bilanziellen Fragestellungen
- Durchführung interner Schulungen und Workshops zu Accounting-Themen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
