Du willst Bilanzierung gestalten statt nur Abschlüsse erstellen? In dieser Rolle entwickelst du unsere Accounting-Grundsätze weiter und sorgst für Klarheit, Qualität und Struktur in einem stark wachsenden Umfeld. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Management und Prüfern zusammen und hast direkten Einfluss auf zentrale finanzielle Entscheidungen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Leitung von Sonderprojekten, z. B. zur Einführung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards, Integration neuer Gesellschaften oder bilanziellen Abbildung neuer Geschäftsmodelle
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Grundsatzfragen im Rechnungswesen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Bilanzierungsrichtlinien, Handbüchern und internen Arbeitsanweisungen
- Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Bilanzierungssachverhalte nach HGB und IFRS
- Monitoring und Analyse von Änderungen in nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, interne Teams und Tochtergesellschaften bei bilanziellen Fragestellungen
- Durchführung interner Schulungen und Workshops zu Accounting-Themen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
