How you’ll make an impact

• You will provide administrative support perform complex project administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.

• You will computer literacy utilizing the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SAP.

• You should have the ability and agility to work with third-party contractors, consultants, regulated agency officials, and staff at all levels.

• You will act as a point of contact for internal/external inquiries by phone and email, initiate action, and make judgments about the urgency of issues.

• You will support BU sales pursuit opportunities activities, local tendering tool, sales handover tool and order booking fulfilment together with sales, tendering and commercial support team.

• You will consolidate 3rd party vendors quotation, internal factory quotations, sales quotation and customer order to apply local tendering and chop use process.

• You will support BU sales manager for salesforce dashboard quality tracking, customer engagement activities scheduling, local marketing activities and campaigns supporting.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in the business management field is a plus.

• Business support experience in a similar industry is preferred.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment.

• Aggressive to learn and teamwork concept.

• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
