Responsibilities / Tasks
- Koordination von Kundenreklamationen und Kulanzanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebsgesellschaften
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von abteilungsübergreifenden 8D-Initativen und Risikoanalysen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsprozessen
- Projektmanagement zur Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung inklusive Wirksamkeitsprüfung
- Konzeption von Schulungen und Workshops
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Kundenservice
- Analytisches, zielorientiertes Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
