Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and risk management: ensure compliance with the company’s credit and collections policy and monitor / manage the company’s credit risk.
  • Liquidity management: ensure timely and efficient collection and application of cash to outstanding debts and work closely with sales, customer service and operations to resolve credit and collection issues
  • Reporting: maintain customer credit files with all relevant information supporting credit decisions and prepare reports on credit and collections activities.
  • Customer service:  maintain quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries timely and professionally
  • Business Partner: acts as a business partner for the local / regional management teams, sales, customer service and operations and is responsible for providing all decision takers with solid financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of high volume collections or customer service experience
  • English language (fluently in speaking and writing)
