Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the overall coordination and definition of HSE topics and implementation topics according to legal requirements and Freudenberg standards for the global CTT organization

• You are responsible for ensuring and further developing a suitable HSE organization, selecting and defining the appropriate implementation strategy (employees, tools, etc.) and control function with regard to compliance with legal requirements and Freudenberg standards

• You manage the necessary measures and support the sites in achieving the targets and ensure internal reporting

• You will support and advise managers to ensure that they fulfill their role in HSE

• You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the sites in ensuring the implementation of permits and legal and regulatory requirements

• You support the sites in the implementation and further development of the required integrated management systems (e.g. ISO 45001, 14001, 50001)

• You will be responsible for the further development of the division's HSE organization

• You will be responsible for the coordination and further development of sustainability activities within the division and coordination with the overarching sustainability processes at FPM

Qualifications:

• You can look back on a technical or scientific degree 
• You have several years of professional experience in a production company with the handling of hazardous substances and the operation of plants requiring a permit (BImSchG)
• You have recognized training in the field of occupational health and safety (SiFa), experience in health protection, occupational safety and fire protection management as well as in energy, hazardous substance and waste management
• You have a good knowledge of ISO standards 50001, 45001, 14001 and 9001
• You are solution-oriented, have strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• You have a high level of commitment and resilience combined with a willingness to travel
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
