The Role

As a Founder's Office Analyst reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and operations, providing critical analytical support to our Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer. This role offers a distinctive opportunity to enhance your business acumen through practical problem-solving, while gaining broad organizational visibility.

How you'll make an impact:

Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication
Apply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to guide internal teams in making informed, high-impact decisions 
Create and maintain comprehensive plans and trackers for strategic initiatives across the organization
Continuously explore innovative approaches to problem-solving, driving efficiency and impact

What we're looking for:

0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or similar analytical roles
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI and ability to leverage Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc. to build dashboards and automations
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Exceptional analytical skills and great attention to detail
Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
B.Tech or undergraduate degree
