Responsibilities:

We’re growing! Due to increased production needs at our Bramsche location, we’re hiring multiple Machine Operators to join our team. Start alongside other new colleagues and be part of a strong, stable organization with long-term opportunities.

Your Impact:

• Monitor and operate our automated production and coating systems in shift operation – with a sharp eye for quality, efficiency, and safety.

• Operate independently the set up, adjust, and convert the machines and resolve any issues that arise.

• Leverage your technical know-how to carry out mechanical adjustments, conduct regular checks on the machine parameters, and ensure smooth production processes.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, maintain order and cleanliness, and actively support improvement projects within the manufacturing area.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in Machine and Plant Operations or possess a comparable technical qualification.

• Several years experience working in a 3-shift system – ideally in textile or plastics processing.

• Strong technical understanding and work in a quality-conscious and reliable manner.

• At least B1 level written and spoken German.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
