We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Product Manager to take the lead on a key product area during an exciting 12-month period of growth and evolution.

This fixed-term opportunity is a parental leave cover, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact within a well-established team and product line. You’ll work at the forefront of circular economy innovation, helping define solutions that are reshaping the global recycling industry.

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of product strategy, development, and launch activities for one of our core areas. You will:

Define and manage product and market requirements for new solutions and feature enhancements.
Collaborate with development teams to set priorities, define scope, and bring new product lines to life.
Plan and execute product launches in partnership with marketing, sales, engineering, and service teams.
Manage and evolve the product portfolio in alignment with business goals.
Develop and expand innovative solutions for the recycling sector.
Stay close to our markets and customers to understand emerging trends, pain points, and unmet needs.
