We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager (f/d/m), who loves a challenge and can’t wait to build out a winning product aligned with our strategy.


YOUR MISSION

• Own the roadmap by driving clarity across backlog, milestones, and releases, collaborating closely with leadership and peers to steer high-leverage decisions.
• Shape our category-defining product by challenging conventions, synthesizing insights from teams and customers, and driving it forward with focused research, creative thinking, and rapid validation.
• Deliver impact quickly by aiming high, then executing with clarity: shipping elegant, value-driven solutions that elevate both customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Lead with intent by owning cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch, balancing ambition with execution in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Accelerate adoption by enabling internal teams and users with clear, actionable documentation, turning features into results, and scaling climate impact.
• Optimize relentlessly by spotting inefficiencies, surfacing growth opportunities, and aligning diverse stakeholder needs to unlock velocity and focus.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience applying modern product management practices across the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, within dynamic B2B SaaS/fintech environments. Working with large enterprise customers is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving acumen, with a successful track record of designing thoughtful systems and crafting clear, data-informed narratives to tackle complex challenges.
• Skilled relationship builder, able to foster trust and collaboration across teams, levels, and time zones, with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the product experience is not only cohesive and seamless but also compliant with business, technical, and legal requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
