Operations Expert – Energy Business

The Wärtsilä Energy Business – North Region team has a vacancy for an Operations Expert.

The Operations Expert will provide expertise on technical or operational methodologies within contract delivery, contributing to the efficiency and performance of contract delivery processes and operations.

Key Accountabilities:
1.    Provides expertise and solutions on technical or operational methodologies and contributes to the development of contract delivery processes, tools, analytics, solutions and systems within the designated expertise area, contributing to the development and refinement of operational practices and ensuring high quality, efficient contract delivery.
2. Identifies and resolves operational challenges and identifies improvement opportunities, optimizing operations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tailored solutions that add value to the contract delivery function.
4. Acts as a subject matter expert, mentoring stakeholders and sharing insights to facilitate knowledge transfer.
5. Stays abreast of market trends and business contexts, integrating insights to improve contract delivery outcomes.
6. Supports continuous improvement by recommending and implementing enhancements to work processes and systems.
