ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely collections, managing client accounts, and supporting the month-end close process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to improve financial processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Issue and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve billing issues
- Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Project Management) to resolve disputes
- Prepare AR-related reports and assist in month-end and year-end close activities
- Support audit requirements and provide necessary documentation when needed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in AR workflows

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including revenue recognition, and AR processes
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international business environment
