Responsibilities:
- Develop a proactive and personalized relationship with the clients you are responsible for, understand their needs and constraints, respond to their questions about our company’s products or services, handle their requests, and propose corrective actions to ensure their satisfaction and the achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Ensure order processing in SAP, order preparation tracking, invoicing, returns management, customer database management, prices, and general conditions.
- Manage the service level and delivery times and provide continuous support to the clients you are responsible for, in collaboration with the field sales team, the logistics service, the warehouse, and the carriers, to ensure timely delivery to clients and propose possible improvement solutions.
- Collaborate daily with the sales department to ensure the proper implementation of the commercial plan and field actions.
- Work in collaboration with the logistics provider to check pending orders and inform clients.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring an effective solution to the complaint and a quick closure of the process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a commercial and/or administrative orientation.
- More than 3 years of proven experience in a similar field, preferably in an international environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Windows programs (Excel, Outlook…).
- Customer service orientation, empathy, active listening, clear written and verbal communication, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Good stress resistance and team spirit.
- French, Dutch, and English: (very) good knowledge both spoken and written. Regular exchanges.
