The Site Manager is in charge of the overall follow up of the day-to-day activities on site and supervises contractors. He reports to the Execution Manager who is in charge of the contractual, schedule, budget issues. The Site Manager is the permanent representative of AKUO ENERGY on site and manage the site supervision team.Missions and TasksGood execution on site :<ul><li>Avoid incidents/accidents: enforce EHS policies and control Contractors’ means to respect it</li><li>Minimize disturbance generated by works</li><li>Meet schedule milestones</li><li>Control risks</li><li>Avoid claims</li><li>Transfer the plant to Asset Management and Operation teams</li></ul>Site Management:<ul><li>Represent Akuo Energy on site: respect values, enforce Akuo Energy policies, consolidate relationships with external local stakeholders</li><li>First point of communication for contractors for day-to-day activities</li><li>Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings</li></ul>Supervision of Site Activities:<ul><li>Control conformity to schedule</li><li>Control contractual quality requirements implementation and contractors’ Quality Control plan</li><li>Manage technical third parties and quality controllers</li><li>Notify non-conformities to Contractors</li><li>Supervise contractors for Quality, HSE, E&amp;S Documentation and coordination between contractors</li><li>Implement Quality Control Plan and progress follow up</li><li>Manage site supervisors (HSE, E&amp;S, civil, electrical, mechanical…)</li><li>Coordinate interfaces with Contractors: PV modules deliveries and transfer to Contractor, commissioning activities between the main Contractor and the TSO (ETED etc.)</li><li>Review of the Contractor technical documentation: detailed design engineering and as-built documentation</li></ul>Reporting:<ul><li>Measure and calculate progress</li><li>Issue internal daily and weekly reports and weekly construction meetings MOMs</li><li>Participate in the creation of the risk management register and follow it up</li><li>Participate in the Lessons Learnt</li></ul>
