Credit Controller SkelmersdalePOSITION SUMMARY: Join Alexander Dennis as a Credit Controller and take ownership of managing and collecting outstanding debts for a portfolio of customer accounts. This role involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the wider Accounts Receivable team. If you're a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you!WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul> <li>To build strong working relations with all nominated customers to effectively manage and control debtors within agreed policy and procedures</li> <li>Ensure that customer payments are received to terms and accounts are maintained within authorised credit limits</li> <li>Achievement of cash collection and debtors targets</li> <li>Daily allocation of customer receipts</li> <li>Timely and efficient resolution of all customer queries, working with relevant business colleagues as required</li> <li>Ensure all monthly statements and reports are run and distributed without delay</li> <li>Processing of customer credit notes</li> <li>Absence cover for colleagues as required</li> <li>Carry out other department’s duties as required</li> <li>Effective credit evaluation and control for our Aftermarket business.
