Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, the Director will ensure warehouse and internal distribution strategies align with broader company objectives. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives, contribute to major capital projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and innovation.Responsibilities will include: <ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading, and distribution, ensuring seamless and accurate material flow aligned with business objectives.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for order fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation to optimize efficiency and responsiveness across warehouse and distribution functions.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other critical safety standards, while fostering a proactive safety culture that prioritizes employee well-being and regulatory adherence.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Establish, monitor, and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational goals.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Lead asset management strategies, including maintenance planning and capital investment decisions, to support both immediate operational needs and long-term growth.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Direct profit planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to optimize logistics and transportation expenses while supporting financial targets.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Champion workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, and performance management to build and maintain a high-performing, engaged team.</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to consistently meet production goals efficiently and cost-effectively.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">5+ years of experience leading teams at the director level in similar environments; experience in chemical warehousing is strongly preferred.
