This is a contract role focused on delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for all new hires. Flexibility in scheduling and availability across shifts is required based on business needs. <b>This includes evenings and weekends.</b></div><div><br></div><div><b>Location: </b><span style="font-size:10pt;">125 Logistics Dr. Ashley PA 18706</span></div><div><br></div><div><b>Fluency in Spanish is required.</b></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding and onboarding</li><li>Facilitate engaging, informative orientation sessions for new employees</li><li>Guide employees through all onboarding tasks, including completing forms, reviewing policies, and understanding company procedures</li><li>Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate processing of new hire information</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records within the HRIS; assist with updates and troubleshooting as needed</li><li>Monitor onboarding progress and follow up to ensure a successful transition into the company</li><li>Partner with the People Operations team to continuously improve onboarding processes while ensuring compliance</li><li>Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and tact</li><li>Provide support for employment lifecycle tasks such as I-9 completion and document verification</li><li>Follow through post onboarding with survey completion, assistance electing benefits and bridging any initial concerns to ensure longevity</li></ul><h3>QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy and patience</li><li>Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently</li><li>Previous experience in onboarding or HR support roles is a plus</li><li>Being bilingual is a plus</li></ul><h3>CONTRACT DETAILS</h3><ul><li>This is a contract position, 3-month minimum</li><li><b>Compensation details:</b> $21-$25/hr</li><li><b>Schedule:</b> Our operations run 24/7.
