As the Deputy Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our design-build projects.  This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex design-build projects in an Owner's Representative role on a highly complex mega project program. The Deputy Program Manager will report to the Vice President, Program Management for and will work with the on-site project teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the overall project execution of our design-build initiatives, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with the design-build team to develop and implement efficient project plans and strategies.</li><li>Oversee administrative functions including design-builder’s adherence to the design-build agreement, contract performance monitoring, review of payment requisitions, and maintenance of project schedules and budget projections.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records and documentation.</li><li>Review design-builder change orders, while maintaining budget integrity and producing accurate financial reports.</li><li>Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by offering consistent updates. </li><li>Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project sites and operations.</li><li>Provide on-site leadership and guidance to the project team in the challenging construction environment of New York City.</li><li>Travel within the 4 boroughs of NYC; Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn. </li></ul>
