Job Description Summary<ul><li>Identify sales opportunities for selling full solutions by convincing all stakeholders in the decision chain (investors, engineers/ architects, contractors/ installers).</li><li>Identifies project leads and converts the opportunity pipeline into a solution sell integrating one or several systems.</li><li>When sold through distribution, liaises with the distribution sales team to support our partner convert the opportunity into a sale.</li><li>Participates, negotiates and wins tenders based on early specification of our products, influencing the decision chain, building the internal logistic capabilities for efficient fulfilment.</li><li>Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.</li><li>Accountable for the results of medium-sized routine support or production operations teams.</li><li>Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production or operations team.</li><li>Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.</li><li>Trains team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.</li><li>Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from managers.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree /master’s degree as educational qualification.</li><li>18 - 22 years of experience in sales and marketing roles</li><li>Having experience in handling B2G sales (Business-to-Government)</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.</li><li>Ability to motivate and lead the sales team</li><li>Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to build relationships, Influencing and Negotiation ability</li><li>Language: Fluent in English, Hindi and local language</li></ul>
