This person will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our hiring processes are consistent, engaging, and aligned with Thrive’s values. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the details, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited to build meaningful candidate touchpoints behind the scenes.</div><div><br></div><div><b>This position follows a light hybrid schedule, with in-office presence at our LA office once per week.
