<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate - Commercial (Law) to join our dynamic legal team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates to gain hands-on experience in commercial law within a supportive and collaborative environment.</p><ul><li>Assist attorneys with routine legal issues and provide general support following established guidelines</li><li>Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis using various sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes</li><li>Prepare and draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts under attorney supervision</li><li>Collaborate with team members on complex commercial law matters</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and legal documentation</li><li>Participate in client meetings and assist in gathering relevant information for case preparation</li><li>Stay informed about changes in commercial law and regulations affecting the organization</li><li>Support the development and implementation of legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance</li></ul>
