Job Description:<h2>Technical Sales Manager (Riyadh)</h2>Experience: 8–10 years in technical sales, ideally in solar, energy, automation, or related industries.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from client engagement to post-sales support—ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Product Development, R&amp;D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality—to design and deliver customized solar tracker solutions </li><li>Translate complex technical details into clear, compelling presentations, both verbal and written. </li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, proposals, brochures, and scopes of work </li><li>Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform sales strategies. </li><li>Assist with technical evaluations during negotiations and support pricing strategies. </li><li>Support customers post-sale, offering technical guidance and ensuring satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy disciplines).</li><li>Strong grounding in solar tracker systems and utility-scale PV plant components. </li><li>Proven ability in technical sales or presales, with experience aiding multi-functional teams through complex deal processes.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills—ability to simplify and convey technical concepts effectively </li><li>Highly organized with detail-oriented execution and experience managing multiple simultaneous projects under pressure. </li><li>Familiarity with CAD, tender/engineering specs, cost estimations, and documentation workflows. </li><li>Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset; adept in consultative selling methods. </li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Direct experience working with utility-scale solar projects or within the Middle East energy sector.</li><li>Exposure to regional procurement, construction, and project engineering contexts—especially within Saudi Arabia </li></ul><h3> The Riyadh role likely aligns with their regional growth strategies, requiring individuals passionate about clean energy, collaboration, and long-term impact.</h3>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
