This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong technical background and a passion for sustainability and innovation. You will work independently while collaborating with a diverse, international team to drive growth and customer success.<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the West Coast USA region.</li><li>Identify and engage with potential customers in the recycling and waste management sectors.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.</li><li>Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (CPM, service, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.</li><li>Represent TOMRA at industry events, trade shows, and conferences throughout the West Coast region.</li></ul>
