Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Act as the global representative for CLF Procurement, ensuring the implementation of procurement processes and strategy across all procurement hubs</li><li>Define and establish procurement roles within production plants and local service organizations (LSOs)</li><li>Develop and implement a technical and procedural mentoring framework</li><li>Create and manage competence profiles for key procurement roles (e.g., Head of Procurement, Lead Buyer, Commodity Buyer, Project Buyer, Procurement Operator)</li><li>Design and implement a technical and process-related training program to support the defined competence profiles</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing for commodity management and the DispoCenter</li><li>Establish clear procurement processes by defining communication channels, implementing an audit plan, creating a comprehensive handbook, and monitoring supplier performance and compliance</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>At least min. 5 years of professional experience in procurement, in operational and commodity management and supply chain management, ideally in an international and multi-site environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of IT systems (SAP S/4 hana, ByD, Microsoft tolls, DCTM), procurement process and strategies including supplier management and category management</li><li>Experience in defining roles, competence models, and organizational structures within procurement functions</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including the coordination of cross-functional and global initiatives, ideally as process expert</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and functions</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally as required</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
