Position OverviewApollo is looking to add a member to their Product Management team. This group covers the marketing and capital raising efforts for the fundraising team. The role will include a variety of key responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:<ul><li>Facilitate the creation of marketing materials and presentations</li><li>Analyze large data sets to create new content and draft investor responses Maintain investment and performance data as well as investor pipeline details</li><li>Respond to investor inquiries and DDQs as relevant</li><li>Draft and complete monthly and quarterly reporting requirements</li><li>Prepare materials for investor meetings and conferences</li><li>Work closely with investment, finance, compliance and legal teams to build an in-depth understanding of the portfolio, fund structure and investor objectives</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record</li><li>4-7 years’ experience at an alternative asset manager and /or investor relations experience, is preferred</li><li>Working knowledge of finance and private markets</li><li>Strong writing skillset, including ability to synthesize complex financial concepts</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills</li><li>  Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness and desire to learn</li><li>Strong project management and follow-through skills; ability to manage multiple projects</li><li>Capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information</li><li>Driven, strong passion for self-development</li><li>Uncompromising integrity and professionalism</li><li>Ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of internal and external constituents</li><li>Resourceful; strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills</li><li>SIE, Series 7 &amp; 63 Required</li></ul>ABOUT APOLLOApollo is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager.
