The ME Intern be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions.These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Audit and update work instructions, routings and bills of materials.</li><li>Improve material handling methods.</li><li>Perform time studies.</li><li>Develop methods in fabrication and machining processes.</li><li>Perform workstation/cell analyses to improve productivity and quality.</li><li>Provide technical support to the production personnel.</li><li>Provide input for manufacturing fixtures and tooling.</li><li>Assist with plant layout and workstation design.</li><li>Learn and use ERP manufacturing software.</li><li>Create documentation for new product launches.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or other related Engineering field.</li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.</li></ul>                                                                                                                STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Exposure to Lean concepts.</li><li>Experience in welding, machining, or fabrication.</li><li>Experience with 2D &amp; 3D CAD software.</li><li>Exposure to Lean and 5S concepts.</li><li>Exposure to 3D Printing software.</li></ul>Pay Range:$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
