The position will be located at our Uniontown, Pennsylvania manufacturing operation.  CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. <ul><li>Interest in manufacturing processes, process yields, process costs, and operations.</li><li>Develop and update production work instructions and standard work.</li><li>Perform time studies as needed for direct and indirect labor operations.</li><li>Assist with facility layout drawings in AutoCad.</li><li>Design/3D print assembly fixturing for process improvement.</li><li>Provide project support as needed in a team environment.  </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Attending a local accredited University studying towards a BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Minimum rising junior in good academic standing.</li><li>Excellent PC skills preferred with working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad required.</li><li>Basic knowledge and/or training in 5S, Lean/Six Sigma preferred statistical tools preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of 3D modeling (Creo) a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Experience with manufacturing assembly or electronic assembly a plus.</li><li>Self-motivated with ability to work with little or no supervision.  </li></ul>Job postings will include a wide hourly pay range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
