We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Record-to-Report (R2R) Techno-Functional Lead to manage the design, delivery, and support of Nextpower’s global finance and accounting processes. This is a strategic role responsible for partnering with Finance, Accounting, and corporate teams to implement and optimize ERP systems that enable operational growth, efficiency, and financial compliance.The ideal candidate combines hands-on ERP technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of R2R processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment (captive and outsourced).  Strong experience with ERP platforms—specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP—and Finance/Accounting modules is required. As we continue our ERP transformation journey, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement in the R2R functional area.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead ERP R2R Implementations: Provide technical leadership and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Drive process definition, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption.</li><li>Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Finance leadership, system integrators, and ERP vendors to document current-state processes, define future-state designs, and create detailed use cases for R2R.</li><li>Solution Architecture &amp; Configuration: Define and configure ERP modules for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Intercompany processes. Ensure compliance with corporate, tax, and statutory requirements across regions. Configure, extend and support ERP R2R modules; build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements.</li><li>Close &amp; Reporting Optimization: Lead initiatives to shorten month-end close cycles, improve reconciliations, and standardize reporting. Implement best practices in financial consolidation and reporting.</li><li>System Optimization &amp; Rollouts: Recommend solutions for system gaps, design phased rollout strategies, and lead R2R tracks through discovery, CRPs, integration, data conversion, UAT, and deployment.</li><li>Integration Leadership: Work with internal development and integration teams to design, test, and deploy interfaces with CRM, Supply Chain, Treasury, and external reporting systems.</li><li>Data Migration: Develop strategies for migrating master data and financial balances into ERP, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and smooth cutover.</li><li>Governance &amp; Controls: Establish, configure and enforce governance and audit controls for our core ERP system. Work with SOX and Internal Audit team to design ground-up financial and IT controls within the new ERP.</li><li>Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to identify automation opportunities in close, reporting, and compliance processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>15+ years of IT/Finance systems experience with ERP expertise (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP).</li><li>10+ years of hands-on experience with Finance/R2R modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Intercompany).</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end R2R processes including month-end close, reconciliations, consolidations, and reporting.</li><li>Experience integrating ERP systems with external financial systems (Treasury, Tax, Audit, BI/Reporting).
