We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Techno-Functional Lead to manage the transition of Nextpower’s global order-to-cash process to a new ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP). This is a strategic role partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement and optimize systems that drive operational growth and efficiency.The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of order-to-cash processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment. Extensive ERP experience—specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP—is essential. As we embark on a large-scale ERP transformation program, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement for the Order-to-Cash process.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead ERP O2C Implementations: Provide technical leadership and functional oversight for Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP O2C implementations. Drive process definition, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption.</li><li>Solution Architecture &amp; Configuration: Act as techno-functional SME for the ERP Order-to-Cash modules including Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Receivables, Collections, Billing, and Revenue Management.</li></ul>Configure, extend and support ERP O2C modules; build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements.<ul><li>Partner Across Stakeholders: Collaborate with functional leadership, system integrators, and ERP vendors to assess business requirements, design and implement scalable solutions.</li></ul>·       System Optimization &amp; Rollouts: Recommend approaches to close system gaps, design phased rollout strategies, and lead O2C tracks through discovery, conference room pilots, integration, data conversion, UAT, and deployment.<ul><li>Integration Oversight for O2C modules: Partner with internal developers and integration teams to design, test, and deploy seamless integrations with CRM, logistics, and other subsystems.</li><li>Data Migration for O2C modules: Develop and validate data conversion strategies from legacy systems to ERP, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and successful cutover.</li><li>Program Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, deployment, and documentation for the O2C modules. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards.</li><li>Technology Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to identify opportunities that enhance O2C performance and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).</li><li>15+ years of IT experience with deep ERP expertise (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP).</li><li>10+ years of hands-on experience with O2C modules, including order capture, Shipping, Billing, AR, and revenue management.</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of O2C process flows in project-based manufacturing, SAAS recurring billing, Leasing, discrete ordering and drop shipping in a multi-org construct.
