Your leadership will directly contribute to delivering reliable products that support IPEX’s mission. Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and coordinate injection molding processes, including development, documentation, and continuous improvement of standardized procedures</li><li>Supervise, coach, and support Process Technicians in scientific molding and industry best practices</li><li>Drive operational excellence by optimizing cycle times, reducing setup times, and maximizing equipment uptime</li><li>Champion a strong safety culture by promoting and enforcing corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies</li><li>Troubleshoot process, equipment, and tooling issues, supporting efficient start-ups and stable production </li><li>Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities, including scrap and regrind optimization </li><li>Establish daily priorities, monitor performance, and communicate key updates and variances to the Process Manager </li><li>Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, processing sheets, and technical documentation </li><li>Contribute to the design, testing, and qualification of new tools, fixtures, and process improvements</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate production and operational reports</li></ul>​Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Completion of High School or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Certification in plastic processing, injection molding, mold making, or tool and die is an asset</li><li>3+ years of experience in injection molding operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role</li><li>Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials and tooling</li><li>Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Effective communication skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement</li></ul>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
