Team Leadership &amp; Development: <ul><li>Lead, support, and develop a team of approximately 16 employees across multiple skill levels</li><li>Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment</li><li>Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition</li><li>Support performance management and career development opportunities for team members</li></ul>2. Mould Shop Operations &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Oversee all mould shop and maintenance activities, including commissioning new moulds and maintaining existing tooling assets</li><li>Coordinate and prioritize work across 600–700 production moulds and ~30 moulds in commissioning</li><li>Ensure efficient resource planning and balanced workload distribution</li><li>Monitor tooling performance and drive proactive solutions to minimize downtime and improve output</li></ul>3.
