Job Description As an Assistant Manager – Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Finance &amp; Accounting operations, managing a high-performing team, and driving process excellence. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic initiatives across Ramboll’s global operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership &amp; Team Management <ul><li>Lead and manage the daily operations of the Finance &amp; Accounting team. </li></ul><ul><li>Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote a service-oriented mindset and ensure delivery of high-quality outputs. </li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis <ul><li>Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules (monthly, quarterly, annual). </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct financial reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and budgets. </li></ul>Process Excellence &amp; Controls <ul><li>Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements. </li></ul><ul><li>Standardize documentation and procedures for clarity and consistency. </li></ul><ul><li>Support system implementations and ad-hoc financial projects. </li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement <ul><li>Build and maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. </li></ul><ul><li>Understand client needs and deliver on agreed expectations. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance. </li></ul>Technical Expertise <ul><li>Apply strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in R2R processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide expert guidance on financial processes and best practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze data for reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making. </li></ul>
