Job Description:<ul><li>Support the preparation and delivery of business unit (BU) reports and performance metrics.</li><li>Lead process improvement projects to make reporting faster and more efficient using BI and AI tools.</li><li>Conduct benchmarking studies and handle special ad-hoc projects as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain MySQL data pipelines to connect finance systems, ERPs, and data warehouses.</li><li>Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python, SQL, and other scripting tools.</li><li>Create dashboards and analytical tools in Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to support business decisions.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation processes.</li><li>Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to improve data flow and reporting systems.</li><li>Identify and implement ways to enhance financial systems and automate manual processes.</li><li>Assist in improving FP&amp;A tools, models, and processes to strengthen the finance function.</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
