We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.</p><h3><strong>Your day-to-day responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and validate Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) for satellite testing</li><li>Design mechanical interfaces for vibration, shock, and environmental testing</li><li>Develop and optimize test jigs and fixtures for mechanical testing</li><li>Create and maintain manufacturing drawings and technical documentation</li><li>Plan, coordinate, execute and document vibration test campaigns for subsystems and full satellites</li><li>Perform and support finite element analysis to validate designs and test setups</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness and successful execution</li><li>Deliver end-to-end mechanical testing campaigns aligned with project requirement</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h3><h3><strong>Must haves:</strong></h3><ul><li>MSc degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in MGSE design and mechanical testing environments</li><li>Experience with vibration testing and mechanical validation of hardware</li><li>Experience leading technical work or R&amp;D projects</li><li>Proficiency with CAD and PDM tools such as Autodesk Inventor and Vault or similar</li><li>Experience with finite element analysis tools such as ANSYS, Nastran, or Hypermesh</li><li>Ability to create and interpret manufacturing drawings</li><li>Hands-on engineering mindset with ability to work both independently and in teams</li></ul><h3>Nice to haves:</h3><ul><li>Experience in aerospace or satellite hardware development</li><li>Manufacturing knowledge of machined components</li><li>Hands-on experience in satellite assembly</li></ul><h3>Application Process</h3><ul><li>Talent Attraction Introduction</li><li>Hiring Manager Alignment</li><li>Task Assignment</li><li>Technical Interview</li><li>Director Interview</li></ul><h3><strong>Working at ICEYE</strong></h3><p>At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
